Attention all 4th and 5th grade parents. Registration is now available online for Student Life camp. Just fill out (or print and return to the church) the Medical Release and Waiver & Release forms, submit your deposit and you're done!
Deposit: $100 due by April 1st. Remaining balance of $189 due: June 15.
